The Scientific and Clinical Center for Innovative Technologies in Healthcare and Medical Education of the Perm State Medical University has prepared recommendations in English for recovering from a new coronavirus infection. Attention is paid to non-drug recovery methods, instructions for dosing physical activity are given, breathing exercises, kinesio taping and Su Jok therapy are presented. The availability of the described methods allows us to recommend them for independent implementation by students studying in English.

QUESTIONNAIRE FOR STUDENTS ON DISTANCE LEARNING

What should be done in periods of active circulation of influenza pathogens, coronavirus infection and other pathogens of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) in order to prevent your own infection and protect others if you become ill?

In order to prevent the spread of cases of diseases caused by the new coronavirus in the Russian Federation, the following precautions must be observed.

• Handle / wash your hands often using alcohol-based antiseptics or soap and water;
• When coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with your hand or a napkin - immediately throw away the used napkin and wash your hands;
• Avoid close contact with people who have signs of fever and cough;
• If you have high temperature / a fever, cough, difficulty in breathing, call for medical help and inform the medical institution staff about your movements in the past few days;
• When visiting markets in areas where new coronavirus cases are currently being reported, avoid direct unprotected contact with live animals and surfaces that come into contact with animals;
• Consumption of raw or insufficiently well-prepared products of animal origin should be avoided. Raw meat, milk or animal organs must be handled with care to avoid cross-contamination with unprepared foods in accordance with good food safety practices.
